The proximity to landmarks like bourbon street and the beautiful lafayette square made every stroll a delight, allowing me to soak in the vibrant atmosphere without losing time in transit. while the staff offered exceptional service, it’s a shame that we faced some housekeeping issues at check-in.

For solo travelers seeking comfort

Had a great time with the shower, it was hot, I mean really hot, they nailed that one. Also, the front desk staff were friendly and made check-in smooth.

It wasn't exactly a steal, but you know, it was fine overall.

The hotel offered a convenient location with friendly staff who promptly assisted when needed. However, the bathroom door lacked privacy, and noise from the hallway made it hard to sleep at times. For those visiting for a short stay, it's a comfortable option, but some improvements on room privacy would enhance the experience.

I stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott in New Orleans for two nights recently. The room was spotless and comfortable, which made unwinding after exploring the city quite easy. The hotel’s location was fantastic, just a short walk from Bourbon Street and plenty of local attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I experienced some confusion with my breakfast inclusion. It was only valid for two guests, even though I booked for four. The effort they made to resolve this was appreciated. However, the fitness area felt cramped, which was disappointing. I also wished there had been daily room cleaning. having services limited to every few days is not what I expected. In summary, the hotel had a lot of positives but fell short on some basics.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was modern and clean, which was nice. Loved the comfy bed but felt like the walls were a bit thin, could hear some noise from the hall. The shower was great, but I wasn't a fan of the glass sliding bathroom door—no lock feels a bit weird. Overall, it was a cozy spot to crash after all the fun in NOLA.

The staff were super helpful when we needed an extra towel for the kids, and the room was perfect with two double beds for our family. We enjoyed relaxing by the sun terrace and the cozy TV lounge during downtime. The only downside was that the bathroom door could use some maintenance, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

The room was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings that gave it an airy feel. The location is perfect for exploring New Orleans. everything is just a short walk away. However, I wish there had been more breakfast options available during our stay.
